What you'll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of Wisconsin households and small businesses
- Quote, advise, and write auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Conduct annual reviews and grow long-term client relationships
- Partner with our service team to deliver white-glove claims support
- Represent the Farmer's Wisconsin brand in your community
Who you are
- Naturally relational — you build trust quickly and keep your word
- Self-driven and coachable, with a hunger to grow your book
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Sales, financial services, or customer-facing background a plus
- Wisconsin P&C / Life license a plus (we'll sponsor if not)
